WHO WE ARE

Northwest Bible Church

We are a group of dedicated individuals passionate about serving the Lord.

We believe the Holy Spirit draws men and women to Christ and equips believers for personal growth and service to the church. Northwest Bible Church's role is to glorify God and serve those in need. At the end, everyone will experience bodily resurrection and judgment. Only believers will enjoy eternal fellowship with God. We believe that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth, and voluntarily paid for our sin by dying on the cross as our substitute.

OUR BELIEFS

We are united through Christ

We believe in The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

God is the creator of the universe and giver of all that is good. God is the savior—known boldly and intimately in Jesus and his life, death, and resurrection—who shows us how to live and love. God is the Spirit who enables us to make a difference in our world and in the lives of others. We believe that grace is the love, honesty, and compassion that God gives and shows us in Jesus. It’s how Jesus saves us, heals us, sets us free, and increases our capacity for love. We believe that we need each other. Whether single, married, divorced or widowed, it is a lot easier in fellowship with one another than it is by ourselves.

OUR VALUES

We are here for you

We preach grace not guilt

We believe that Jesus extends grace to everyone and that we should follow in his steps. Who are we to pass judgment and not extend grace, when we ourselves have sinned?

We worship hard and pray harder

We believe that Jesus is central to everything. We believe that prayer is a direct line to God, and we are commanded to pray without ceasing. Worship is our chance to praise God and we take joy in doing so.

We believe in the power of fellowship

We are called to join in fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. We believe that reaching out to the lost and engaging with them will strengthen our bond with each other through God.

We are a church without walls

Jesus called us to go out and spread the word of God. We believe that this is not done enough. We make it a priority to go outside of the church walls to reach the lost and broken. We hope that you will join us in doing so.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Come as you are

We want you to come just as you are. When you walk through our doors you may see people in suits and ties, but you will also see people in jeans and t-shirts. We want to make sure when you visit you are comfortable and that is all that matters to us. As long you are coming to praise our Lord and to give all honor and glory to God the Father,  we want to make sure you feel loved and welcomed. If you ever need anything, always feel free to connect with us. We love to hear from our new visitors.
